Safe Cycling

    Safe Cycling...
How do I stay safe on my bike? I can tell you that in my 4 paragraphs.  The first paragraph will be a description about if you your bike got stolen .  The next paragraph will be what clothing you will need, the 3rd paragraph will be the safety check  and the last paragraph will be the safety rules.

If your bike ever gets lost you call the police and tell them your bike ID number, the colour and the bike type. To find the ID number you turn the bike over and inline with the seat, where the metal is,  you will find the ID number,   It could be on a sticker or carved into the bike.

If you want to go cycling you have to have good shoes like sneakers and you have to a helmet that is comfortable to wear.  It needs to be tight when you are going cycling so it doesn’t slip off and and gets hooked up in the pedals when you are bike. If you outside on your bike when it is a sunny day you need to put sun block on.

There are 13 places to check on your bike but most important things to
check is the front and back brakes, steering, seat height, tyres pumped up and the gears are work smooth. You can not forget to check your helmet then you will be safe to go on you bike.

The safety rule are the most important thing in safe cycling. You have to listen to the safety rule so you don’t hurt anyone or you hurt yourself. The safety rules should all be easy to remember, One of the rules are to know how to ride on the road and know how to turn with one hand.

I hope you learnt a lot in my 4 paragraph and to be safe on your bike is to do a safety check.
